Who I am

Mira Nightwing is a pen name used by an author publishing through 68 Arcana Publishing Inc. This website, miranightwing.com, is operated by 68 Arcana Publishing Inc. ("I", "me", "my"). For any privacy question, write to contact@miranightwing.com.

What I collect

I only collect what I need to send you what you asked for:

• Newsletter signup: your first name (optional) and email address, when you choose to join the mailing list.
• Contact messages: your name, email, and message, when you write to me. These arrive directly in my email inbox.
• Basic technical data: my hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and diagnostics.

I do not collect payment information on this site. I do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

How I use it

• To send newsletters: release news, bonus scenes, and preview chapters.
• To reply to messages you send me.
• To keep the site secure and working.

I will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. I do not use your email for anything other than the newsletter you signed up for.

Legal basis (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, my legal basis for processing is your consent — given when you tick the box and submit the signup form. You may withdraw it at any time.

Who else is involved

I use a small number of trusted service providers:

• MailerLite — email list management and delivery. Your signup data is stored on their systems, subject to MailerLite's privacy policy.
• DreamHost — website hosting and server logs.
• Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which may receive your IP address as part of that request.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Embedded third-party services (such as the newsletter form) may set functional cookies necessary for them to work.

How long I keep it

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. Contact emails are kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for reasonable record-keeping.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to: access the data I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Every newsletter email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. To exercise any right, email contact@miranightwing.com and I will respond within 30 days.

If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top of this page.
